Scope: 3,650 sq. ft. third-floor redesign | From dated to sophisticated sanctuary
Scope: 8,200 sq. ft. renovation | Full demolition to modern redesign
The cafeteria underwent a complete transformation, starting with a full-scale demolition to reimagine the 8,200 sq. ft. space. The rebuilt kitchen features stainless steel counters, commercial-grade appliances, dedicated prep sinks, a high-capacity dishwashing station, and grease traps, ensuring efficiency and durability. A strategically positioned serving line improves flow, while contemporary pendant lighting and modular furniture in vibrant hues create a dynamic yet inviting atmosphere. Students and staff now gather at sleek tables to dine and collaborate, making the space a central part of campus life. To balance the lively energy, custom acoustic clouds reduce echoes and background noise, allowing for clear communication while minimizing auditory fatigue. The result is a versatile space that accommodates both lively conversation and focused study, supporting productivity and connection.
