Nostrand Avenue Medical Oncology & Infusion Center

We partnered with Combined Resources Consulting and Design Inc. to complete a comprehensive renovation project that included interior upgrades, façade improvements, and site amenities. The project involved the construction of a 39,466 sq. ft. facility featuring a medical oncology and infusion center, imaging center, and tenant office space. Our team handled all aspects of construction, including carpentry, drywall and ceiling installation, concrete and structural steel work, millwork, flooring, painting, fire alarm and electrical systems, HVAC, sprinkler, plumbing, lead shielding, and elevator installation. The facility also includes specialized modality rooms designed for MRI, PET/CT, CT, and the Halcyon TrueBeam Linear Accelerator.
